The Excavation Safety Alliance (ESA) is the virtual community for utility safety professionals developing actionable solutions to protect infrastructure resources.

Transforming the relationship between utility operators and the agricultural community, PASA works closely with the National Association of County Agricultural Agents to keep our buried infrastructure, our environment, and America’s farmers and ranchers safe with tools and resources designed to prevent damage to buried utilities through education and improved communication.

Held the last full week of April, LSAW aligns with April as Safe Digging Month, but specifically addresses the need to keep our locators safe on the job and honor the difficult, challenging, and sometimes dangerous work they do protecting our underground utilities. The Global Locate Masters is a unique annual competition that recognizes and rewards the world’s best utility locating professionals for their experience, critical thinking, and mental agility in the completion of quality locates.
